Hit British girl group Mis-Teeq, who were active from 1999 to 2005, are reportedly in talks to reunite in some way later this year to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their first album, Lickin' on Both Sides.
The British news publication The Sun reported that, according to sources, the members of Mis-Teeq are currently discussing a potential reunion in honor of the exciting milestone.
The three girl group members, Alesha Dixon, Sabrina Washington, and Su-Elise Nash, went their separate ways with their careers in 2005, but fans would be ecstatic to see them all together again.
According to the source, Dixon has been "excitedly talking about this for a while." They also teased what the reunion could entail, noting, "Fans shouldn’t expect a Girls Aloud-style comeback tour," referring to the extensive reunion concert tour another 2000s girl group, Girls Aloud, put on in 2024.
"At the minute, lots of things are being discussed and one thing that has come up is the idea of a one-off show," the source told The Sun. "It could be an intimate gig for their die-hard fans or a performance on a big TV program such as Britain’s Got Talent — which Alesha is a judge on."
While the source went on to say, “Nothing has formally been offered but nothing is off the table," they concluded by declaring, "Lickin’ on Both Sides launched Alesha, Sabrina and Su-Elise’s music careers and that record holds a really special place in their hearts. They want to celebrate that album with their fans.”
None of the members have officially commented on the rumors of a reunion, and as of writing, nothing has been confirmed.

Lickin' on Both Sides came out in the U.K. on Oct. 27, 2001, and it was a major hit, reaching the third spot on the UK Albums Chart and becoming certified Platinum by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI). The record also had successful singles, with "All I Want" reaching No. 2 on the charts and "One Night Stand" peaking at the fifth position.
Mis-Teeq went on to release their second album, Eye Candy, in March 2003, and it peaked at No. 5 on the UK Albums Chart.
One single on the album, "Scandalous," found success across the world, peaking at the 35th position on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, while charting higher on a couple of other Billboard charts. It also reached the top 10 in other countries like Australia, New Zealand, and Denmark.
In 2004, the girl group released their first compilation album called Mis-Teeq, but soon after, their record label, Telstar Records, went bankrupt. In February 2005, Mis-Teeq announced that they were breaking up, going on to release a final compilation album called Mis-Teeq: Greatest Hits.
The group has never reunited before, although there have previously been rumors and reports that the members were talking about doing something together. With any luck, the 2026 reports of a possible Dixon, Nash, and Washington reunion come to fruition.
