Clooney didn't take the comment lightly, but had a poignant response that was first reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
"I totally agree with the current president. We have to make America great again. We’ll start in November," he said.
Clooney is referring to the next round of midterm elections that are scheduled to take place in November, which could impact Trump's presidency depending on the number of votes.
