Billy was born on August 8, 1951 in Carthage, TN, a son of the late Frank Burton Upchurch and Eva Ray Mofield Upchurch. He was preceded in death by siblings: Donald Upchurch, Jimmy Upchurch, Eddie Lee Upchurch, Tommy Upchurch and infant sister Linda Gail Upchurch. Billy was saved and baptized in 1999 at the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Carthage, TN.
Billy is survived by sisters: Mary Siebers, Margaret White, Joann Key and Michelle Brooks; niece, Jessica Maynard; nephews: Ricky Upchurch, Scotty Upchurch and Brian Upchurch: sister-in-law, Juanita Upchurch.
Billy is at the Carthage Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes. There is no service information available at this time.
