Damascus, Jan. 1 (SANA) The Syrian Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor intensified its efforts in 2025 to develop social services, rehabilitate key centers, expand labor market platforms, and elevate Syria’s presence in international forums.
The ministry’s media center said that the ministry has revived the national labor market platform to boost employment opportunities by linking job seekers with employers and facilitating access to training and skills development services to support sustainable workforce growth.

In partnership with the Al Habtoor Group, Minister Hind Kabawat signed a $2.5 million memorandum of understanding to rehabilitate and equip the Institute for People with Multiple Disabilities in Dummar, Damascus Governorate.
