HGTV star Jasmine Roth of HELP! I Wrecked My House fame has a message for fans as they ring in the New Year.
In a December 29 Instagram upload, Roth shared a video of her and her husband, Brett Roth's youngest daughter, Darla, 1, joyfully walking. In the text overlying the clip, Roth shared that her biggest accomplishment of the 2025 "had nothing to do with [her] career or any big personal milestones."
"Send this to someone who needs a reminder that their accomplishments this year may not have been 'résumé-worthy', but they sure were 'life-worthy' and THAT is what really matters," wrote Roth in the caption.
She then shared that her 2025 was full of wonderful moments and difficult times.
"What a year! It’s been humbling, awe inspiring, peaceful, and impossibly hard all at the same time," continued Roth.
The mother of two also noted that she has been focused on her personal mantra, Build Your Happy.
"I’ve worked so hard to build my happy and I can honestly say it’s working. Celebrating all the little moments, remembering to be present, focusing on the good, and congratulating myself for doing my best - these practices have become my focus (and obsession) and I love sharing my journey with all of you," concluded the HGTV star in the post's caption. "If you feel like you could use a little happy and a friend along the way, follow along and let’s build your happy together. I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings!!"
Roth shared information about Build Your Happy in an exclusive November 2025 interview with Parade magazine. She stated, "Build Your Happy is the idea that happiness is not a destination." Roth, who has starred on HELP! I Wrecked My House since 2020, explained that instead of trying to strive for happiness that "is probably unrealistic," it's important to focus on "the small wins."
“So when we can frame it in the idea of small moments, small celebrations, miniscule milestones, if you will, it really helps with that happiness because you’re suddenly creating incremental happiness instead of yearning and striving for this unrealistic, just happiness that would be a destination that doesn’t exist,” said Roth while speaking to Parade.
