Grace Lilly, 27, was arrested on second degree harassment charges on Monday, Dec. 29.
The Bravo star was apprehended in the early morning hours on Monday in Charleston, S.C. according to an incident report from the Charleston Police Department.
According to the incident report, obtained byPeople, Lilly was pulled over by police for an alleged "illegal lane change and a possible wanted party."
According to police, officers found "a small container with 'Happy Pills' imprinted on the top." Officers claim that when Lilly was asked about the pills she insisted that they were Xanax and birth control.
"The offender stated she had a prescription for the Xanax but did not have any proof of that information available at the time," the responding officers said in the incident report.
Lilly already had an active warrant out for her arrest for second degree harassment when she was pulled over by police.
Second degree harassment, as defined by the South Carolina Code of Laws, is "a pattern of intentional, substantial, and unreasonable intrusion into the private life of a targeted person that serves no legitimate purpose and causes the person and would cause a reasonable person in his position to suffer mental or emotional distress."
Lilly has yet to publicly comment on the arrest or the allegations made against her. Hours following the arrest, Lilly posted a photo of herself on her Instagram story on the beach captioned "Wavy Baby."
