The median selling price dipped vs. a year ago in 44% of Orange County ZIP codes, according to Attom.
Looking at the 84 local ZIP codes with sales in October 2025, prices increased in the past year in 47 and decreased in 37.
Price extremes among ZIPs with five or more sales were seen in Newport Coast 92657 with a $5.2 million median and Laguna Woods 92637 at $385,000.
Sales were up in 41 ZIPs, decreased in 39 and were unchanged in four. The busiest ZIP was Irvine 92618 with 78 sales.
Overall, the countywide median of $1.2 million was up 4.3% over 12 months. A total 2,202 sales were a 2% decrease for the year.
