The couple shared on Christmas day (Dec. 25) that amid rainstorms in Los Angeles, a stunning rainbow formed across their backyard. The symbol had an even more touching meaning for the couple considering their newborn will be their "rainbow baby," their first child after previously dealing with a miscarriage.
Hough took to Instagram to post a video of the couple embracing in the middle of the downpour as the rainbow shined brightly behind them.
"Is this a sign? After a downpour, the most beautiful rainbow appeared. Like a little sign from the universe," Hough wrote in the caption of the video. "Maybe it's our little one's way of saying hello with a grand entrance. Our little rainbow baby, we're ready to meet you."

In the comments, Hough and Erbert's family and friends joined in on celebrating the special moment, expressing how excited they were for the upcoming arrival.
