The US Department of Justice (DOJ) has discovered more than a million documents which could be related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The department said on Wednesday that it may need a “few more weeks” to release all of its records in light of the discovery.
The announcement comes after thousands of files related to Epstein were released by the DOJ on Tuesday.
The latest tranche of materials – the eighth release since Friday and one of the largest to date – contains more than 11,000 files, including photos, videos, emails and internal investigative records.
