Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride and safety Budda Baker were selected to the 2025 Pro Bowl Games on Tuesday.
This is the second straight season in which McBride and Baker were pegged as Arizona’s representatives at the NFL’s version of an All-Star Game.
Linebacker Josh Sweat, additionally, was selected as an alternate.
McBride is now a two-time Pro Bowler, as he is on pace to break the league record for most receptions by a tight end in a single season. With 109 catches, McBride is seven away from matching Zach Ertz’s 116 from 2018 with the Philadelphia Eagles.
McBride is third in the NFL in grabs, trailing only wide receivers Puka Nacua and Ja’Marr Chase. His 10 touchdown catches are tied for third, as well.
He also set the NFL record for consecutive games with at least five receptions for a tight end with 16.
McBride is the first Cardinals tight end since the club moved to Arizona to reach back-to-back Pro Bowls.

Baker made his eighth career Pro Bowl and seventh in a row as a safety. He was selected as a special teamer in his rookie season in 2018.
Only four players in Cardinals history have made the Pro Bowl eight times: Baker, Larry Fitzgerald (11), Patrick Peterson (8) and Larry Wilson (8).
Baker has played all 15 games this season and has tallied 111 combined tackles (team high), an interception, five passes defensed and a fumble recovery.
Sweat, meanwhile, is tied for ninth in the NFL with 11 sacks this season, his first with the Cardinals after signing as a free agent.
Pro Bowl details
Pro Bowlers are selected by fans, coaches and players, each accounting for 33% of the vote.
McBride was the leading vote-getting for NFC tight ends.
The Pro Bowl has changed over the years, as it is now a flag football game which will be coached by Jerry Rice (NFC) and Steve Young (AFC).
The game will be played on Feb. 3, the Tuesday ahead of Super Bowl Sunday. It will be held at San Francisco’s Moscone Center South Building.
