Disney Cruise Line’s biggest ship yet is officially one step closer to welcoming guests—and it’s shaping up to feel very different from anything the brand has launched before.
The Disney Adventure has now been delivered to Disney Cruise Line, putting the final stretch in motion ahead of its March 2026 debut from Singapore. When it launches, Disney Adventure won’t just be new—it’ll be the largest ship in the fleet, carrying up to 6,700 passengers and becoming Disney Cruise Line’s first ship to permanently homeport in Asia.
What immediately sets Disney Adventure apart is how it’s organized. The focal point is a three-deck-tall storybook castle, inspired by Disney films and castles around the world emblazoned with the Disney family crest. Its design looks almost like a pop-up book, with layered cutout-style details, rich blues and water motifs that subtly nod to its place as the first Disney castle at sea. Look closely and you’ll spot three stained-glass panels—each representing a Disney heroine and princess—Moana, Tangledand Frozen, plus a few hidden Mickey Easter eggs worked into the design.
From there, guests move into different zones dedicated to dining, entertainment, shopping and family activities. Spaces are meant to feel welcoming and intuitive, whether you’re heading to a show, meeting friends for dinner, or just wandering between activities.

Menus here pull inspiration from Asian and international flavors, pairing comfort with creativity.
Two new additions—Navigator’s Club and Hollywood Spotlight Club—offer very different vibes while sharing a musical, performance-driven approach. Navigator’s Club has a nautical feel, with warm woods and maritime details, and features live entertainment alongside appearances from Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy. Hollywood Spotlight Club, telegraphs old-school glamour, complete with red-carpet touches and classic showbiz flair. Both restaurants feature globally influenced menus, with dishes that range from seafood plates to bold, spice-driven entrees.
Larger venues like Enchanted Summer Restaurant and Pixar Market Restaurant are designed to evolve throughout the day. During breakfast and lunch, they operate as buffets with a wide mix of regional and international dishes. At night, they shift into seated dining experiences, offering more structured menus and a calmer pace. Enchanted Summer draws inspiration from Tangled and Frozen, with village-style décor and cozy details, while Pixar Market celebrates the artists and worlds behind Pixar films through colorful design and playful references.

A Whole New Adventure
For longtime Disney cruisers, part of the excitement comes from seeing just how different this ship will feel. Disney Adventure is a big contrast to the newer Disney Wish–class ships—Disney Treasure and the recently debuted Disney Destiny—which carry closer to 4,000 passengers and have a tighter, more compact layout. While a lot remains to be completely revealed, with its larger footprint, Disney Adventure could allow for wider public spaces, clearer separation between areas and a different overall flow.
There’s also added curiosity around the ship’s backstory. Disney Adventure began life as a vessel designed for another cruise line before Disney stepped in and reworked it from the ground up. That origin story alone has Disney fans paying attention, eager to see how Imagineering has reshaped a ship that didn’t originally start as a Disney project.
When Disney Adventure begins sailing on March 10, 2026, it will offer shorter itineraries out of Singapore, designed to pair easily with time in the city or a longer Southeast Asia trip.
