FARMINGTON, N.Y. — Ontario County sheriff’s deputies arrested a man after he allegedly waved a large kitchen knife during an argument in front of a woman and a young child.
The incident occurred at the Finger Lakes Inn in Farmington on Thursday evening, Dec. 19.
Christopher Kowalski, 33, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, menacing, and child endangerment.
The victims received an order of protection, officials said.
