Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will not attend the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Davos this week. The forum’s organizers had “abruptly changed its agenda,” the Foreign Ministry spokesman, Abbas Mousavi, explained on Monday.
