The next new episode of Fire Country will air on Friday, Feb. 27. While CBS has not given a reason for the lengthy break, the Winter Olympics are scheduled to take place from February 2 to 22.
Even though CBS isn’t airing the Winter Olympics, the network has historically opted not to air new episodes of its scripted series during the event.
This means fans have lots of time to mull over the fall finale. The last few minutes had a lot happen, including the fire truck carrying Jake (Jordan Calloway) and his brother getting into a very serious crash.

Bode's (Max Thieriot) and Tyler's (Conor Sherry) lives are also hanging in the balance, as the two are trapped in the middle of the fire with only the emergency silver fire shelter blanket to protect them.
Along with those two major cliffhangers, Manny’s (Kevin Alejandro) approach to dealing with the fire went awry, putting Edgewater in grave danger. The only positive thing to happen in the fall finale was that Eve (Jules Latimer) found a way to connect with her Three Rock teens.
In a Parade exclusive, Fire Country executive producer Tia Napolitano shed more light on the fall finale and hinted at what’s to come when the show returns in two months.
Fire Country Season 4 returns on Friday, Feb. 27, at 9/8c on CBS.
