The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:
ROBBERY: Roland J. Eskind Jr., 55, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Dec. 14 on suspicion of robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, battery, vandalism and violation of his parole. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
DUI: Javier GarciaHernandez, 23, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Dec. 14 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and without license. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Andres Hernandez, 23, of Willits, was booked at county jail Dec. 14 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and hit and run. He was arrested by the MCSO.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Bryan C. Lockwood, 34, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Dec. 14 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating his parole. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Tristan G.S. Mendez, 29, of Redwood Valley, was booked at county jail Dec. 14 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the MCSO.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Frank J. Oneto, 51, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Dec. 14 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors and receiving known stolen property. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Daniel SotoEligio, 40, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Dec. 14 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Tony F. Stephens, 47, of Willits, was booked at county jail Dec. 14 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear and offense committed while released on bail. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
FUGITIVE: Raymond A. Ysaguirre, 60, of Moreno Valley, was booked at county jail Dec. 14 on suspicion of being a fugitive from justice. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Misael Colliyam, 43, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Dec. 15 on suspicion of domestic violence. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Daniel L. Garcia III, 29, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Dec. 15 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to appear. He was arrested by the CHP.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Kelsey R.L. Pierce, 32, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Dec. 15 on suspicion of domestic violence and violence. He was arrested by the MCSO.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Abel Aguado, 41, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Dec. 16 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors, possession of drug paraphernalia, committing offenses while out on bail, failure to appear and putting pollutants near waters. He was arrested by the UPD.
ILLEGAL AMMUNITION: Jeanie L. Bettega, 30, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Dec. 16 on suspicion of illegally possessing ammunition, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating mandatory supervision. She was arrested by the MCSO.
ROBBERY: Joseph M. Rael, 21, of Lakeport, was booked at county jail Dec. 16 on suspicion of robbery and assault with a deadly weapon. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Jomal L. Reed, 43, of Oakland, was booked at county jail Dec. 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence of a drug and without a license. He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Charles E. Barksdale III, 44, of Elk Grove, was booked at county jail Dec. 17 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and taking a vehicle without permission. He was arrested by the CHP.
RESISTING: Nathaniel A. Kugler, 22, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Dec. 17 on suspicion of resisting or threatening an officer, disorderly conduct and violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.
DRUG SALES: Michael McManaman, 31, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Dec. 17 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale and possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm. He was arrested by the MCSO.
FAILURE TO REGISTER: Larry W. Morford, 52, of Willits, was booked at county jail Dec. 17 on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender. He was arrested by the WPD.
