A big change may be on the horizon for Hilaria and Alec Baldwin.
“We don’t want to raise our kids in the Hamptons anymore,” Hilaria, 41, told Gurus magazine in an interview published on Tuesday, December 16, revealing that she and husband Alec, 67, are considering moving out of New York.
The Dancing With the Stars alum added, “We’re considering L.A. It’s all about fresh energy — a reset.”
Hilaria and Alec share kids Carmen, 12, Rafael, 10, Leonardo, 9, Romeo, 7, Eduardo, 5, María, 4, and Ilaria, 2. The 30 Rock alum is also a dad to eldest daughter Ireland, 30, whom he shares with ex-wife Kim Basinger.

Alec and Hilaria have experienced a difficult few years as they navigated the aftermath of the 2021 Rust shooting, where cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was killed by a live round that was discharged from a revolver Alec was using as a prop on set.
The actor pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in February 2023, and the charge was later dropped. However, he was later indicted on charges of involuntary manslaughter again in January 2024 and pleaded not guilty for the second time. Alec previously opened up about his kids helping him through the trial during a December 5 appearance on The Adam Friedland Show.
“I’m 67 years old, I got a 3-year-old baby, so I got a lot of kids at home … and they saved my life,” he explained. “You get to the point where you think less about where you get love than where you give love. One of the more frustrating and even painful things in life is [when] you have nobody to give your love to.”
Alec continued, “I have a lot of love to give, and I have all these kids around me all day long and I’m not really … doing very much for the last three and a half years. I was home all the time, and they saved me. They saved my life.”

Hilaria also had support from Alec and their kids during her time on Dancing With the Stars season 34.
“He’s such a good support. He’s a really good support, and I’m very grateful to have him,” she exclusively told Us Weekly after her elimination during week 4 in October. “He always says to me, ‘You’ve supported me through so many things, and so I’m here to support you through this.’ It’s been a wonderful journey.”
She continued, “Everybody has been so supportive of me. And any mom out there knows how much we, not only do we many times birth them — although I’ve come into motherhood in different ways so I’m sure that other people out there have as well — but we get up with them, and there are difficult nights, and we stress about them, and we’ll support them and everything, and to have my kids out there in the audience supporting me, and then to see them cry afterwards, it broke my heart.”
