The beloved country singer and three-time Grammy winner, 42, known for hit songs like "The House That Built Me," "Bluebird," "Mama's Broken Heart," "Kerosene," and "White Liar," skyrocketed to superstardom in the aughts and has stayed on top of the charts since then. Also known for her high-profile marriage to Blake Shelton and subsequent divorce from the star, Lambert is set to make an exciting move to television with a new series for Hulu.
Described as "Big Little Lies gone honky-tonk," the series is being developed bySony Pictures Television and is based on Lambert's music. According to a synopsis shared by Deadline, "the series follows a messy female friendship as one friend helps the other escape her abusive marriage. But when they try to start over in a small Texas town, their past will threaten to catch up to them, and they’ll discover their new home has as many secrets as they do."
Judalina Neira is set to showrun, write, and executive produce the project under her overall deal with Sony Pictures Television, the piece continued.

While Lambert has some exciting stuff around the bend, she has had a few heartbreaks this year. Just last month, Lambert took to Instagram to share the sad news that two of her miniature horses, Sugar Pie and Adrianna, died on the same day.
"My sweet little nuggets Sugar Pie and Adrianna crossed over the rainbow bridge today," Lambert said in her sweet post. "I've had 18 years with these littles, and I can't tell you how much joy they brought me."
She went on to say that "the worst part is when the time comes to say goodbye."

While Lambert's split from Shelton was splashed across the tabloids, he's now married to Gwen Stefani. However, Lambert's story serves as a great reminder that love can be found again. The singer is now married to former NYPD officer Brendan McLoughlin. Back in October, she honored his 34th birthday with a sweet photo showing the former New Yorker soaking up the Texas way of life.
"Happy birthday to my city gone country and honorary Texan husband @brendanjmcloughlin. Lover of the sun, his family, friends, the kitchen, pasta, hot dogs, travel, animals, and all things fun. You are the best. 34 looks good on you! I love you. ?☀️," Lambert captioned the photo, which showed McLoughlin sunning himself on a boat in the middle of a lake.
The couple, who met on the set of Good Morning America in 2018, married on Jan. 26, 2019, when McLoughlin was providing security for the daily news program, PEOPLE shared. The couple quickly became close and got married within less than three months.
