ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Some nasal sprays made by MediNatura New Mexico, Inc. are being recalled nationwide over concerns of possible mold/yeast or microbial contamination.

The company is recalling all lots of ReBoost Nasal Spray and ClearLife Nasal Spray. The company previously announced recalls but decided to expand them after further investigation. You can see a description of the impacted products on the FDA’s website. The products impacted either have an NDC number of 62795-4005-9 and a UPC number of 787647 10186 3, or an NDC number of 62795-4006-9 and a UPC number of 787647 10188 7. 

    Customers who bought an impacted product should return it to the store for a full refund. If you bought the product online through MediNatura, you can contact the company at [email protected] for a refund.

    MediNatura says it hasn’t gotten any reports of people getting sick. It’s issuing the recall because of a risk of infections for immunocompromised people.
