ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Leaders and staff from Saint John’s Senior Living in Rochester delivered pizza and holiday cookies to the Brighton Fire and Police Departments on Wednesday. This gesture was to express gratitude for the first responders’ dedication throughout the year.
“It’s nice to know we’re appreciated and around the holiday time it’s nice to share a bit of cheer and it means a lot to the guys,” said Deputy Chief of Brighton Fire Department Ted Aroesty.
“They support our residents. They take care of us. They’re at our campus a lot more than we’d like, but without them, we’d be lost, and they just help us keep our residents safe,” said Tony Zaccaglino, vice president of Saint John’s.
The holiday season delivery has been a Saint John’s tradition for almost a decade.
