Two community nights with the Denver Nuggets will benefit Greeley-Evans School District 6 next month.
A portion of the discounted ticket sales for the Nuggets’ games on Saturday, Jan. 17 against the Washington Wizards and Tuesday, Jan. 27 vs. the Detroit Pistons at Ball Arena will benefit District 6’s school kickoff community celebration. The event helps provide much-needed backpacks and other school supplies to District 6 students.
The district handed out about 4,000 backpacks to students at this year’s school kickoff, which is funded entirely through sponsorships and includes reduced-cost sports physicals, immunizations, activities and more than 60 vendors
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may be purchased at nba.com/nuggets/tickets. Tickets range in price between roughly $64 and several hundred dollars.
