Developer TownX has achieved a milestone in the construction of its Ashley Hills project. In just four months since its launch, the development has said construction progress has reached 40%. In August 2025, TownX appointed Ocean Stone as the main contractor for the project. Ocean Stone, known for their experience in large-scale residential developments, has been instrumental in driving the project forward and ensuring timely progress.
