BROCKPORT, N.Y. — Residents at the Evergreen Place assisted living facility held their annual Winter Marketplace on Saturday.
Local vendors showcased handcrafted goods and art. The event featured refreshments and live holiday music. Donations were collected for a winter coat drive.
“We love the opportunity for our residents to have a marketplace come to them, where they can get handmade gifts and goods for their family members and loved ones that they might not have had access to if we didn’t host one here,” Cara Sapienza, community sales director for Evergreen Place, said. “And it allows our local vendors to have a place to sell their products and promote their business and celebrate the holidays.”
Evergreen Place will continue to collect coat donations through Monday, Dec. 15.
