Empress 1908 0.0 Indigo is "carefully crafted" by the same master distillers responsible for the original Empress 1908 at Victoria Distillers, one of Canada's oldest artisan distilleries.
The brand's first-ever alcohol-free spirit is made with all-natural flavors. It's said to offer notes of citrus, subtle spice, and soft florals from its unique botanical ingredients, which include juniper, grapefruit, and butterfly pea flower. It's then blended with "a touch of" cane sugar and filtered water, according to the official description.
