ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester General Hospital was named one of U.S. News’ Best Hospitals for Maternity Care. It is the only hospital in Western New York to make the list.
The hospital said getting this recognition for two consecutive years is validating for their team.
“We come here and do this every day because it’s the work we love to do and we do it to the best of our ability,” said Dr. Elizabeth Bostock. “To know that the best of our ability is providing these kinds of results for our community is an incredible reward for the work we do.”
Rochester General also earned its 25th consecutive Baby-Friendly recertification. Only eight other hospitals nationwide have reached this milestone.
