Aubrey O'Day was absent for Danity Kane's reunion performance in Los Angeles Wednesday night as she dealt with a health scare.
"My loves… I am so sorry. I've become extremely sick and physically can't make tonight's show as I'm in the ER," O’Day, 41, shared via Instagram Story on Wednesday, December 10.
Danity Kane was scheduled to perform at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles that evening.
"I've been fighting it all day, spinning around in my head trying to find any way to make this work, but being sick is being sick — it's completely out of my control," she continued. "My heart is broken because I never want to let you down."
D.Woods—who originally left the band in 2008 before rejoining earlier this year— and Aundrea Frimbres got emotional on stage during Wednesday night's show while answering fans' questions.
"It made me realize how easy life can change in a snap," Aundrea said through tears while discussing her husband's cancer diagnosis. "Your whole world can just turn upside down. So we have to take, you know, the gifts that we have and the things that we have, the people that are around us and, you know, our family, our loved ones, love up on them, you know, because you just never know."

The girl group recently reunited, performing their first show together at San Francisco's August Hall on Tuesday, December 9.
"I know the girls will give you an incredible performance tonight, and I promise I'll be back with you the second my body lets me," O'Day concluded in her health update.
