ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A now former home health care nurse convicted of abusing a 6-year-old boy with special needs was sentenced to five years probation Tuesday.

Nicole Guilds was convicted in August of endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person. Surveillance footage captured Guilds physically and verbally abusing the boy.
