ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police say an 18-year-old has been arrested after they recovered two guns on Hudson Avenue Tuesday.
Police say the United States Marshal’s Task Force was doing a follow-up investigation on Hudson Avenue at around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. They say during the investigation, task force members and officers tried to stop two men who immediately ran.
Lamar Nubin was apprehended by police, and found with a loaded ghost gun in his coat pocket, police say. They also say while looking in the area for the other suspect, officers found a loaded handgun loaded with 12 rounds.
Nubin was brought to the Monroe County Jail and charged with criminal possession of a weapon. Police say the investigation continues, as they are still looking to identify the second suspect.
