Tim McGraw shared a tribute to Tony Bennett, declaring that working with the late legendary singer was the "highlight of my career" in a new social media update.
On Tuesday, Dec. 9, McGraw, 58, took to Instagram with a photo of himself adjusting Bennett's die as the older musician touched his cowboy hat.

"Man, what a cool dude," he captioned his update. "A highlight of my career, singing with Mr. Bennett."
Bennett, best known for his song "I Left My Heart in San Francisco," died at 96 from Alzheimer's disease on July 21, 2023. He and McGraw collaborated on a duet of the Hank Williams song "Cold, Cold Heart," which was featured on Bennett's 2006 album Duets: An American Classic.

After Bennett's death, McGraw took to Instagram in 2023 with the same photo of himself and the iconic singer.
“Sad to hear about Tony Bennett,: he wrote. "His remarkable voice and timeless songs have touched the hearts of generations… A true icon and I was honored to get to work with him. Our hearts are with his family and friends."
In the comments, McGraw's followers joined him in remembering and honoring Bennett. One Instagram user wrote, "Rest on Tony Bennett."
