According to a new press release from the company, the iconic fast food brand is toying with two bold menu items in the form of their Cheddar Smoked Sausage Slider and Pretzel Nibblers.
An unforgettably flavorful spin on White Castle's classic Sliders, the Cheddar Smoked Sausage Slider features smoked sausage links crammed with cheddar cheese. The resulting sausage slider is then topped off with a layer of caramelized onions and sandwiched between White Castle's signature Slider bun.
As delicious as those Sliders are on their own, White Castle is also serving up the perfect meal accompaniment with their new Pretzel Nibblers. A rich and chewy pretzel nugget made with kosher salt, it's best served with White Castle's creamy cheese dip, making it a must-have for pretzel fans anywhere in the U.S.
While both of these menu items sound amazing, White Castle is leaving up to visitors in Cincinnati, Louisville and New Jersey to determine whether they're good enough to expand to nationwide restaurants.
Once those fans have let their opinion be heard, White Castle might potentially move forward and debuting them across the country as a limited-time menu offering.
