Kelsea Ballerini issued a warning of sorts to her fans after one of her shows in Sydney.
According to Taste of Country, Ballerini was performing "Penthouse"—a song about the break-up off her album Rolling Up the Welcome Mat—when someone in the crowd heckled her, yelling out "Team Morgan," apparently in reference to Ballerini's ex-husband, Morgan Evans, who is from Australia. In that moment, Ballerini stopped the show.
"Team everyone's happy," Ballerini said into her mic. She continued on, but later took to her Instagram Stories to share the moment and to say that she wouldn't be putting up with any rude fans.

Ballerini and Evans split in 2022 after five years of marriage. About a year after filing, Ballerini opened up about why the relationship didn't work.
"I was getting resentful because anytime we did see each other, I felt like I was carrying that load and I was tired. I was just tired of showing up in that way all the time and not feeling like I was seen or matched. And then I was also tired from traveling all the time and like giving so much of myself, because that’s what I want to do to honor my career too. And I think I just felt really depleted and not understood," she said on a February 2023 episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast.
More recently, Ballerini went through a breakup with actor Chase Stokes—but she hasn't released a song about him... yet.
