After chatting about bird photography and the ’70s computer game Oregon Trail, Colby spoke about American Pickers, which she recently claimed was "done" after 27 seasons. She spent a significant amount of time talking about her friendship with co-star Mike Wolfe, 61, calling him "one of my best friends."
"I’ve just really loved this time with him and Robbie [Wolfe], too," she shared, adding, "I loved my time with Frank."
Colby continued, "I loved my time with Frank the most before he was sick with addiction. After that, it was difficult. It was very difficult. But I loved my time with him, too."
To conclude her thoughts on the show, which premiered in 2010, she said, "I’m just really thankful. Thankful that I've had this opportunity to just get to know the world better."

He added, “I’ve known Frank for more then half my life and what you’ve seen on TV has always been what I have seen, a dreamer who was just as sensitive as he was funny. The same off camera as he was on, Frank had a way of reaching the hearts of so many by just being himself.”
“I love you, buddy, and will miss you so much I know you're in a better place,” Wolfe concluded.
In July, Colby reflected on Frank's death during an interview with Newsweek.
“Boy, we miss Frank. We miss his laughter. We miss his sense of humor,” she told the outlet. “I think his sense of humor was the most important piece of his personality that really kept us together and kept things on the same thread. And it was, man, that sense of humor is sharp. A very, very witty man.”
Colby added, “I miss those rare moments where he was emotionally vulnerable and would give me a hug or, you know, call up and ask questions, or ask for advice. I miss those moments when he was able to kind of like reach out very personally.”
She concluded, "We love Frank and we miss him. Huge loss. Huge loss for the community here in the Quad Cities. Huge loss the world. Huge, huge loss for us.”
