On Friday, Dec. 5, Winslet was among the attendees at the Princess of Wales' annual "Together at Christmas" carol service, where she showed up at Westminster Abbey in professional, business-chic attire.
Winslet, 50, was dressed in a festive red two-piece suit for the evening, paired with a crisp white collared shirt underneath.

During the event on Friday, Winslet was personally greeted by Middleton, 43, in a video posted to the Prince and Princess of Wales' official social media pages, the two women could be seen smiling and chatting to one another as they shook each other's hands.

As the Titanic star recently recalled during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, she met the then-Prince of Wales at the royal premiere of Sense and Sensibility in London while she was wearing an almost entirely see-through outfit.
Just 20 years old at the time, Winslet said she didn't actually expect Charles to be in attendance, which is why she opted to hit the red carpet in the sheer black lace bodysuit.
"I sort of hadn’t realized that we were really going to meet him," Winslet told Kimmel during the Tuesday, Nov. 18 episode of his late-night show. "And so I forgot about the fact that I was wearing a kind of a transparent lace outfit."

"I’m like, 'Nipples. Nipples. Nipples. Oh my god!' the actress recounted.
Luckily, someone else in the room nudged Winslet and told her to put on her jacket before coming face-to-face with the future king, so she quickly put the long black coat she'd worn that night over her lace outfit.
"Thank god I’d worn a coat," she quipped to Kimmel.
Winslet also got to redeem herself in June 2025, when she was invited to meet with Charles again at the awards ceremony for The King’s Foundation, of which she is an ambassador.
