STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. — Police say a man was arrested and charged with rape after being accused of having sexual contact with a person under 17-years-old.
The Steuben County Sheriff says Randy B. Johnson, 37, was arrested on Main Street in Campbell, New York. Police say Johnson acted in a manner that was endangering the child.
Johnson was charged with rape in the third degree, a class E felony, and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
