Jim Bob Duggar's notorious 60-page questionnaire for his potential sons-in-law has finally been revealed.
On the Wednesday, Dec. 3 episode of the Jinger & Jeremy podcast, Jinger Duggar Vuolo and her husband Jeremy Vuolo opened up about the beginning of their relationship, and the requirements Jim Bob imposed before the two even went on a first date.
“10 years ago, I met a really cute girl, and I wanted to take her on a date, and then I met her dad," Jeremy explained. "And when I asked her dad if I could take her on a date, he sent me a 60 page questionnaire with 235 questions that I had to answer before I took her on the date."
Jeremy then listed a few of the questions, "What idols do you struggle with in your life? What is your church going history? What is your parents' church going history? Was there ever any sexual immorality in your family? Please explain. Have you ever kissed a girl? How do you feel about having done this before marriage?”

After answering all of the questions, Jeremy said he returned the questionnaire back to Jim Bob at 107 pages.
“Some of them were on topics I hadn't yet considered. He asked me everything from how I became a believer in my position on theological issues to my opinions on parenting and how I handle finances," Jeremy said. "Because they were the kinds of questions that would save married couples a lot of pain and heartache if they asked them before they walked down the aisle.”
The biggest reveal, however, is that Jim Bob did not write the questionnaire himself. According to Jeremy, the form is titled "The Courtship Questionnaire" and was written by Ron and Rebecca Coriell.
After the podcast episode aired, listeners on Reddit found a link to the questionnaire, which can be accessed here.
Some other questions include, "When is a son no longer under the authority of his parents? Have any of your family been involved in cultic practices? How do you feel about the influence of grandparents? Would you let them live with you in their old age?"
The questionnaire also asked financial questions, such as “Do you have savings? How much? In what form? Do you have income from other sources? How much? Do you have outstanding debts to pay? How much? When will they be paid off? Are you financially free?”
Unsurprisingly, the questionnaire also asks if you want children, how many, and if you have a gender preference.
Jeremy joked that he was going to send the questionnaire to the Love Is Blind producers while Jinger noted that it gave her "peace" learning more about Jeremy before their first date, noting the family being on TV sometimes attracted guys with the wrong intentions.
