The Vampire Diaries universe is expanding as one of the main cast members is set to become a mom.
On Dec. 1, Kat Graham took to Instagram to share the exciting news—she's pregnant with her first baby!
The actress—known to many for her heartfelt portrayal of Bonnie Bennett on the CW teen series—shared the news in a sweet gallery of photos capturing her growing baby bump.
"We’re having a baby!!! ✨" she wrote in the very-to-the-point caption.
In the series of photos, she wore a bra and lifted her white sweater to reveal her belly, joined by her husband, Bryant Wood, who cozied up to her bump in several shots. The couple beamed throughout the black-and-white portraits, sharing loving glances and sweet kisses.
Fans couldn't contain their excitement, flooding the comment section with congratulatory messages.

"Congrats Kat, you gonna be the best mother ❤️?," one comment complimented, as others chimed in stating, "IM CRYINGGGG KAT WHAT??? ???" and "Screaming with JOY!!!!!❤️❤️❤️."
After racking up plenty of comments and likes, Graham took to her page to extend her gratitude, writing, "Thank you guys for all the love!!! ?."
Wood also chimed in, writing, "We are ready!"
The 36-year-old star and Wood, a wellness instructor, motivational coach and Internet personality, have plenty of reasons to celebrate lately, as they just hosted their second wedding celebration on Aug. 8, exactly two years after privately eloping.
"We really wanted to have a second wedding because, technically, it was our first real wedding. When we initially eloped, it was incredibly private — we had someone come to the house and marry us with only our dogs as witnesses," she told People at the time.
"It was intimate and romantic in its own way, but this time we wanted to celebrate our love surrounded by our family and friends," she explained of their decision to include those they loved the most.
In October, the Love in the Villa and Duplicity star shared photos from the nuptials on social media, elaborating even further that the duo chose to get married "at the Chalet," including a sentimental reason connected to her childhood.
"I was born in Switzerland, and being at my godmother Valerie’s home feels like being back in the Swiss Alps," she wrote.
"My Godmother Valerie built this chapel after losing her son as a way to honor him. I’ve often gone there to pray whenever I visit. She has been a great support in my life, a true mother figure especially after I lost my own. She is one of my soulmates, my mother through many lives, and she walked me down the aisle. Valerie lost her husband and her son. I’ve lost my mother and my brother." she added.
