And the NFL isn’t opposed to leaning into nostalgia. So … let’s meet in the middle? Admittedly, this is a silly, outside-of-the-box idea that I’m not sure the NFL would go for if proposed. Then again, the league wanted the Bears to host a game in Canton to celebrate the league’s centennial season back in 2020. So perhaps it isn’t too far-fetched of an idea to pitch the league (and the Bears) on an alternate venue.
