I am so excited to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Colgate University! I’d like to thank my family, friends, coaches, and teammates for supporting me throughout this journey. I am so grateful to Coach Ed for this amazing opportunity and I can’t wait for the next four! GO ‘GATE!

She specializes in the 50, 100, and 200 freestyles and is also strong in both backstroke events.
After stagnating a bit during her sophomore year, Wolf had a big breakthrough in 2024-25, dropping from 24.72 to 23.90 in the 50 free, 52.45 to 50.64 in the 100 free, 1:54.22 to 1:51.84 in the 200 free, 1:01.43 to 58.95 in the 100 back, and 2:15.25 to 2:06.41 in the 200 back.
At the New Jersey YMCA State meet, she had her first major time drops of the season. She finished fourth in both the 100 free (51.82) and 200 free (1:53.29), slicing 85 hundredths off her 100 free best and posting a season-best in the 200 free; both were her first top-ten individual finishes at a state meet. Additionally, she placed 14th in the 100 back with her first sub-minute swim (58.95) and dropped 2.33 seconds off her 200 back best time at 2:07.44.
Wolf’s best meet of the season was the YMCA National Championships a few weeks later, where she placed fifth in the 100 free with her current best time. She also added an 18th-place finish in the 200 free and touched 47th in the 200 back, both with her current PBs.
Her 2025 showing was a massive upgrade from 2024, when she touched 34th in the 200 free (1:54.22) and 62nd in the 100 free (53.52). In 2023, she logged 52.45 for 28th in the 100 free and 1:56.39 for 72nd in the 200 free.
A Division I Mid-Major program, Colgate competes in the Patriot League, with the women’s team placing eighth out of 10 teams at the Patriot League Championships last season. At the 2025 conference meet, Wolf’s current bests who have put her into the ‘A’ final of the 100 free, ‘B’ final of the 200 free, and ‘C’ final of the 50 free. It took times of 57.70/2:05.09 to make the ‘C’ finals of the backstroke events.
On Colgate’s team itself, Wolf would have ranked second in the 100 free, third in the 200 free, fourth in the 50 free and 200 back, and sixth in the 100 back. Her times in the 50, 100, and 200 make her a key piece for all three freestyle relays.
She will overlap one season with Lucy Art, who led the team with times of 22.99 and 50.19 last year, and one season with MG King, the team’s fastest 200 freestyler (1:51.22).
The full list of recruits currently set to join Wolf in the pool next fall includes Alex Scime, Marin Benoit, Eloise Durham, Hailey Hammond and Amelia Starr, who should all make for strong training partners over the next four years.
