The eatery got its start in 2017 as a popup in a Los Angeles parking lot and has grown exponentially since then — and expects to end this year with 400 restaurants worldwide, The AP reports. In July, Dave’s opened its first airport location is in Las Vegas’ Harry Reid International. It’s also the chain’s first and only store to serve breakfast, according to NRN. The outpost offers a breakfast burrito; a chicken, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich; sides of hash browns; and, of course, chicken and waffles.
The chain did over $600 million in sales last year and is eyeing Raising Cane's-level expansion, aiming to have 4,000 stores over the next decade, CNBC reports.
