FARMINGTON, N.Y. — A Farmington man is accused of sexually abusing a teenager.
Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Rolando Punzalan Pasion on Friday, and say he sexually abused a 17-year-old.
Pasion was charged with first-degree sexual abuse and brough to the Ontario County Jail ahead of his arraignment.
