The 2026 NFL Draft may still be months away, but with playoff races heating up and team identities taking shape, the roster-building conversation is already shifting toward April. Some teams are positioning for deep postseason runs — others are quietly assessing what comes next. The college landscape has provided no shortage of intrigue. A pair of Hurricanes claim the top spots in this NFL Mock Draft.
1. Tennessee Titans: EDGE Ruben Bain Jr. – Miami
For the second consecutive year, a Hurricane is going No. 1 to the Titans. After selecting quarterback Cam Ward in this spot last spring, Tennessee adds another franchise cornerstone with the class’s top edge rusher here.
2. New York Giants: OT Francis Mauigoa – Miami
The Giants seem to think they’ve found their guy under center in Jaxson Dart, so they’ll need to invest in his protection. Mauigoa can be a day one starter on the right side for the Giants.
3. Cleveland Browns: QB Fernando Mendoza – Indiana
Cleveland drafted two quarterbacks last season, and in the long-running Browns fashion, neither of them looks like the long-term answer. Mendoza is the clear-cut No. 1 in a thin quarterback class, and the Browns have to continue to take shots at finding a long-term answer under center.
4. New Orleans Saints: QB Ty Simpson – Alabama
Is Tyler Shough the guy? Who knows. But if they fall in the top five, not taking one of the top quarterbacks in the class seems like a risky bet on Shough’s future ceiling.
5. New York Jets: QB Dante Moore – Oregon
The Jets are armed with a plethora of draft capital after flipping Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams at the trade deadline, so taking a swing here at a quarterback isn’t the worst thing in the world, although I’m not really sold on this year’s class.

Vegas needs a quarterback, but they’re going to miss out on the top three passers in the class, so they’ll invest in their defense. Caleb Downs is arguably a top-three prospect in the class, regardless of position, bringing a pro-level IQ and elite skills to their secondary.
7. Washington Commanders: EDGE Keldric Faulk – Auburn
The Commanders need help across the defensive front, with holes at the edge and linebacker. Von Miller doesn’t have much left in the tank, and they might be losing Jacob Martin to free agency.
8. Los Angeles Rams (via ATL): OT Spencer Fano – Utah
Fano is a versatile tackle who can play in multiple schemes, has outstanding pad level and strong hands, and profiles as a future All-Pro, making him an excellent building block in the trenches for Sean McVay’s offense.
9. Cincinnati Bengals: EDGE David Bailey – Texas Tech
Bailey is one of the best pass rush prospects in the class despite some struggles against the run, and Cincinnati’s defense desperately needs an injection of talent.
10. Arizona Cardinals: LB Arvell Reese – Ohio State
I’m not sure what the Cardinals plan on doing at quarterback, but if the top nine shakes out this way, they can land an elite defensive prospect in Arvell Reese, who can line up at linebacker and edge rusher with an explosive first step. Reese has 6.5 sacks, 17 pressures, and 58 tackles this season.
11. Miami Dolphins: WR Jordyn Tyson – Arizona State
A run on quarterbacks in the top ten will push one of the best prospects in the draft down to this spot. I don’t think Tua is the answer under center for Miami. Still, they’re not in a position to replace him in this spot, but adding the best receiving prospect in the draft will help Tua or whoever is under center for Miami in 2026.
12. Minnesota Vikings: CB Mansoor Delane – LSU
If Minnesota ends up in the top 10, you might be able to convince me they would take a swing at a quarterback. But in this spot, adding a speedy cornerback who can play NFL-caliber man coverage seems like a smart play.
13. Dallas Cowboys: RB Jeremiyah Love – Notre Dame
Love is the best running back in the draft by a wide margin, and the Cowboys have been cycling backs in and out for a few years. Javonte Williams has played well this season, but Dallas can upgrade the position for the long term by taking Love here.

Woods can play multiple techniques and possesses an explosive first step and hand placement. He helps the Ravens restock their interior of the defensive line, bringing in a player who can make plays at the line of scrimmage and should see his sack rate increase as he builds his pass-rush moves.
15. Kansas City Chiefs: TE Kenyon Sadiq – Oregon
The Travis Kelce era(s tour) is coming to an end at some point in the near future, probably after this season, so Andy Reid is going to need a replacement for the one-time All-Pro.
16. Carolina Panthers: CB Jermod McCoy – Tennessee
McCoy is coming off a torn ACL, but pre-injury has the size and athleticism to play NFL-caliber man coverage with impressive ball production.
17. Houston Texans: OT Kaydn Proctor – Alabama
Houston needs to improve up front, and Proctor gives them a massive 6-7, 366-pound presence in front of C.J. Stroud. Arm length will be a conversation, but New England’s decision to ignore that with Will Campbell last year worked out pretty well.
18. Detroit Lions: EDGE T.J. Parker – Clemson
Parker has experience all over the defensive line but likely fits opposite Aidan Hutchinson, bringing a quick first step and the ability to win at the line of scrimmage and get to the quarterback.
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: LB Sonny Styles – Ohio State
The Bucs need help at multiple stops on defense, and Ohio State’s Sonny Styles provides them with a developing linebacker—converted from safety—who can stop the run, has an imposing frame, and a lot of ceiling to reach for at the next level.
20. Pittsburgh Steelers: WR Carnell Tate – Ohio State
The Steelers will need to find a long-term solution at quarterback, but there’s nothing here that makes sense for them. If Aaron Rodgers doesn’t return, it’s likely the veteran free agent route for Tomlin and Pittsburgh, so why not add a wide receiver to complement DK Metcalf?
21. Cleveland Browns (via JAX): OT Gennings Dunker – Iowa
With a new quarterback already selected, Cleveland takes a tackle here to help keep him upright. The Browns have four offensive linemen eligible for free agency in the spring, so they’ll very likely be in the market for reinforcements here.
22. Buffalo Bills: WR Denzel Boston – Washington
The Bills need to keep swinging for weapons for Josh Allen. Keon Coleman has been inconsistent and is currently a healthy scratch. Who knows what the future holds for Coleman, but Washington’s Denzel Boston feels like a good fit here, providing Allen with a big receiver who can win 50-50 balls at 6-4, 210 pounds.
23. San Francisco 49ers: OT Caleb Lomu – Utah
After investing heavily in the trenches on the defensive side of the ball last year, the 49ers land a potential Trent Williams successor here in Utah’s Caleb Lomu.
24. Dallas Cowboys (via GB): EDGE Cashius Howell – Texas A&M
After landing the best running back in the draft, the Cowboys land a potential replacement for Micah Parsons on the edge. The additions of Kenny Clark and Quinnen Williams have both worked well for the Cowboys. If they can strike gold with an edge rusher here, that trade looks pretty good.
25. Los Angeles Chargers: DT A’Mauri Washington – Oregon
Washington becomes the first of back-to-back Ducks defensive linemen to go in the back third of the first round, helping Jim Harbaugh address his interior defensive line.
26. Chicago Bears: EDGE Matayo Uiagalelei – Oregon
Chicago needs an answer opposite Montez Sweat. Uiagalelei is a 6’5”, 272-pound edge rusher in the 2026 NFL Draft class with a rare mix of size, power, and athleticism. He broke out in 2024, leading Oregon’s defensive line — including three future NFL prospects — with 10.5 sacks, 38 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, an interception, and two pass deflections.
Oregon outside linebacker Matayo Uiagalelei sacks Montana State quarterback Justin Lamson as the Oregon Ducks host the Montana State Bobcats on Aug. 30, 2025, at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon.27. Seattle Seahawks: CB Avieon Terrell – Clemson
Mike Macdonald’s defense has been outstanding this season, and it will be even better with Terrell, who excels in man coverage and has a knack for takeaways.
28. New York Jets (via IND): CB Colton Hood – Tennessee
With a quarterback already taken at the top of the round, the Jets replace Sauce Gardner with the pick they received in the trade that sent him to Indianapolis.
29. Los Angeles Rams: CB Brandon Cisse – South Carolina
Cisse has allowed seven completions this season and has an interception for South Carolina. The Rams picked up a tackle with Atlanta’s pick in the top 10, making this a good spot for them to get strong at another premium position in the back-end of the first round.
30. New England Patriots: WR Germie Bernard – Alabama
Alabama’s Germie Bernard is a dynamic slot receiver, giving Drake Maye a potential weapon who can do an array of things as a receiver.
31. Philadelphia Eagles: WR Chris Brazzell II – Tennessee
The AJ Brown era in Philly feels like it’s reached its expiration date, so the Eagles probably re-stock at the position after trading him this offseason.
32. Denver Broncos: LB Anthony Hill Jr. – Texas
Alex Singleton will hit free agency in March. Sean Payton reloads in the middle with Hill at a cheaper price point.
