Wynonna Judd gave fans chills with her performance at the 2025 BMI Country Awards this week.

On Tuesday, Nov. 18, the country superstar took the stage to honor this year's recipient of the BMI Icon Award, Clint Black. Teaming up with Randy Houser for the emotional performance, Judd breathed new life into her beloved '90s duet with Black, "A Bad Goodbye," marking her first time playing the song in over 30 years.

    Judd, 61, shared footage from her rehearsal with Houser to Instagram on Wednesday, Nov. 19, giving fans a behind-the-scenes snippet of what the pair had in store for the crowd at Tuesday's ceremony.

    "A song I haven’t sung in 30+ years!!! ? It was fun to pull this one out of the archives," Judd wrote in her caption. "Thanks for the duet @randyhouser, I think they liked us! ?"

    In the video, Judd and Houser both showed off their impressive vocals while singing the song's complex harmonies together, instantly mesmerizing fans on social media with their seamless sound.

    "You and Randy sound incredible together!" one user gushed under the Instagram video, while another person called the duet "Beautifully done."

    "Just casually belting out harmonies like it’s nothing. I’d say you dusted this one off quite nicely," someone else wrote to Judd.

    "A Bad Goodbye," written by Black, was released in 1993 as the lead single off his album No Time To Kill. He and Judd also filmed a music video for the song that year, and even performed it live together at the 1994 Grammy Awards.
