With only one episode remaining in Dancing With the Stars Season 34, the show continues to deliver unexpected twists as it races toward the season finale.
According to E! News, the series promises the most "demanding" finale in the show's 20-year history. The news was revealed during the semifinals episode by series host Alfonso Ribeiro.
"Next week, we're taking over all of ABC in primetime with our most demanding season finale in the history of the show," he stated. "For the first time, we'll have three rounds of competition."
Two of the changes revealed during the lives show are "Instant Dances," where the celebrities and their pros must perform a routine to a surprise song live, and a "Make-or-Break Freestyle" challenge. The third element of the competition was not revealed, however, in past seasons, a redemption dance was performed for the judges to show how far a contestant had come in the competition.
