ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Residents of Park Square Apartments experienced a positive change after months of garbage piling up in their building.
News10NBC visited the apartments on Nov. 17, capturing video of the trash-filled conditions. Residents said no one had taken out the garbage for months.
By Nov. 18, all but a couple of floors had been cleared of garbage. New signs were posted on the walls, urging residents not to pile up trash in the garbage room.
