ROCHESTER, N.Y. — New documents reveal that Ezell Harris has retracted his accusations against the Monroe County Medical Examiner’s Office regarding a murder victim’s body and missing eyeballs.
Harris, owner of the Greater Rochester Area Mortuary Transport Service, admitted his claims were based on “hearsay,” he said in an email to the county.
Harris also withdrew his request for an investigation, officials said.
The documents were provided by Monroe County Executive Adam Bello’s office.
