The meeting will be held at 10:00 AM (CST) at the Upper Cumberland Development District, located at 1104 England Drive in Cookeville. The Center Hill RPO is responsible for comprehensive transportation planning for Cannon, Cumberland, DeKalb, Putnam, Warren, White and Van Buren counties. The Dale Hollow RPO is responsible for comprehensive transportation planning for Clay, Fentress, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Pickett, Smith and Trousdale counties. This is an open public meeting.
