Disturbed frontman David Draiman proved over the weekend he’s not only “Down With the Sickness,” as he sang in the band’s 2000 hard-rock hit, he’s also OK with wedded bliss as he posted photos of his marriage to model Sarah Uli over the weekend at a beautiful beach-side location.
He shared photos from the blessed event on his official Instagram on Monday, Nov. 17 along with the caption, “Married ❤️Thanks so much to everyone who was a part of this amazing day!”

In the first photo, Draiman is shown arm-and-arm with his new bride, who now goes by his last name. He’s sporting a traditional black suit and tie with a white button-down shirt while his new bride is in a white wedding dress with a bodice-style plunging neckline.
A second photo shows the newlyweds kissing under a chuppah, a canopy in which Jewish couples are married under with four open sides, representing the home and new life the couple will build together.
Draiman’s new wife Sarah also shared a few posts jointly on his Instagram account. One, with the caption “First look ?,” features the couple in an embrace, arm-in-arm looking into each other’s eyes, and arm-in-arm with a closeup of her wedding ring.
A second post shared jointly on both of their accounts is captioned, “We are married!” and features additional photos from the big day, including one in which Draiman appears to be overcome with emotion and on the verge of tears, one with the young ring-bearers, and another with Sarah being walked down the aisle by her father, Jim Uli.
Friends and fans were quick to weigh in with messages of congratulations on Instagram.

Born to Jewish parents, Draiman is an outspoken supporter of Israel and has frequently squared off with those opposed to the country’s military action in Gaza in response to the Hamas attacks on Israel in October 2023.
In June 2024, Draiman posted photos of him visiting Israel Defense Forces soldiers serving in the Gaza war and wrote “F—k Hamas on an artillery shell.
