According to an update from the Illinois Lottery, the winner of a $200,000 prize in the Nov. 30, 2024 drawing of the game has just 13 days left to claim that prize.
The winning ticket has remained unclaimed for months, but the November 30 deadline is rapidly approaching, and Lottery officials are urging residents to check their tickets to ensure that they can receive the big payout.
According to a press release, the ticket was purchased at a Citgo gas station in suburban Dolton just prior to the drawing, located at 44 East Sibley Boulevard.
The ticket will need to be redeemed at one of the Illinois Lottery’s redemption centers, which require an appointment. There are centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Springfield, Rockford and Fairview, according to officials.
