The fallout of the Dr. Tom Horton Free Clinic gala continues this week on Peacock’s Days of Our Lives, and the series released the first official preview of the upcoming drama.
The promo, posted to the official Days of Our Lives YouTube channel, highlights several storylines airing the week of November 17, 2025.
In the preview, Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) and Rafe (Galen Gering) are shown talking at the Brady Pub while E.J. listens nearby. Lucas says, “What if she's just trying to get under our skin.” Presumably speaking about their respective ex, Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney).
The promo then shows Rafe updating his sister Gabi (Cherie Jimenez), telling her, “Kristen DiMera missed bed check.” Gabi reacts with a stunned, “What?”
At the Horton house, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) tells Chad (Billy Flynn) “But it's what I have to do.” As she places what appears to be court documents on the table seeking custody of her grandchildren.
Elsewhere in the promo, an unseen figure is shown tampering with Alex Kirakis (Robert Scott Wilson) drink.
Brady (Eric Martsolf) confronts Xander (Paul Telfer) telling him, “Here I thought you had your anger under control.” “Not when you tell me you're going after my wife.”
The promo also shows Xander telling Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) at the hospital, “Sign the divorce papers.”
The promo ends back at the Brady Pub, where Sarah struggles to breathe. Brady then ask his daughter Rachel, “What did you do?”
