Truth be told, I love a legging. Maybe it's because I'm a product of the '80s, when leggings and oversized sweatshirts or sweaters were the norm, but I love their comfort. There could also be a nostalgia factor there, too. But, yes, I always keep a few pairs of leggings around for those days when I have zero intention of going to yoga, but still want the feel of a yoga pant or legging.
Aldi is known for restocking their fan-favorite leggings every few months, usually sold in a 2-pack for a super affordable price. But because we're entering major holiday season, they're introducing single packs of leggings in some of the cutest festive prints I've seen in a long time.

There are three different prints of holiday leggings entering Aldi right now, but my favorite has to be the Serra Ultra Plush Leggings Green Printed. They have a green background but are accented with white holiday garland and pink bows. The bow motif is totally have a moment, I mean just look at those sweet bow earrings Aldi also has on shelves right now.

The other two prints include the black printed version with cute pink, yellow and white Christmas tree outlines acting as the pattern, and the navy printed with simple white snowflakes. Each pair, regardless of pattern, is $5.99 and has a plush, almost velour-like feel to them.

Don't expect any tummy control with these particular Aldi leggings. Given the sample banded waist, it doesn't appear that there's any extra component to the fabric that will help suck everything in. But, honestly, it's the holidays and I personally want any pants I wear to have a certain amount of flexibility and freedom. So I think it's a smart move on whomever designed these.
Festive-printed plush leggings are already doing so much in the best way, so the key is pairing them with pieces that balance the cozy, playful vibe without competing with the print. So, you could take it old school and pair them with an oversized sweatshirt (I refuse to believe that ever goes out of style). Or, and this is likely how I'll be wearing them, with a fitted tee and long, open cardigan. That way you keep your bum covered (if that's a concern) but still feel cozy and cute.
