The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:
ILLEGAL WEAPON: Alvin Garcia, 20, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Nov. 9 on suspicion of sale/manufacture/possession of an undetectable firearm and disorderly conduct. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
DUI: Joseph D. Jackson, 30, of Orange County, was booked at county jail Nov. 9 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF FIREARM: Eduardo Sanchez, 28, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Nov. 9 on suspicion of illegally possessing a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Esau E. LlamasCastro, 31, of San Joaquin County, was booked at county jail Nov. 10 on suspicion of driving under the influence of a drug and of resisting. He was arrested by the MCSO.
KIDNAPPING: Ricardo Razo, 23, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Nov. 10 on suspicion of kidnapping and domestic violence. He was arrested by the MCSO.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Timothy J.H. Rickon, 41, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Nov. 10 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, trespass and failure to appear. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Jonathan Camargo, 37, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Nov. 11 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.
GRAND THEFT: Bowe P. Lemmon, 64, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Nov. 11 on suspicion of grand theft, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, trespass and vandalism. He was arrested by the UPD.
OFFENSES WHILE ON BAIL: George E. Malamphy, 73, of San Francisco, was booked at county jail Nov. 11 on suspicion of committing offenses while out on bail and failure to appear.
PETTY THEFT: Michael R. Parker, 48, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Nov. 11 on suspicion of petty theft with priors, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a shopping cart and violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.
BATTERY: Oscar S. Bernal, 36, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Nov. 12 on suspicion of battery with serious injury. He was arrested by the UPD.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Sara L. Klein, 52, of Redway, was booked at county jail Nov. 12 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arrested by the MCSO.
VANDALISM: Natalie T. Rodriguez, 34, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Nov. 12 on suspicion of vandalism, violating her parole and disorderly conduct. She was arrested by the UPD.
EVADING: Kelli K. Schafer, 34, of Santa Rosa, was booked at county jail Nov. 12 on suspicion of evading a peace officer and illegal possession of a controlled substance. She was arrested by the CHP.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Jeffrey W. Carver, 42, of Willits, was booked at county jail Nov. 13 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors and violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Jason E. Pickett, 48, of Willits, was booked at county jail Nov. 13 on suspicion of driving under the influence of a drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty.
